Our Business Development Department concentrates on using all our knowledge and experience to identify commercial opportunities that mean the changing needs of our customers. Our determination to listen carefully to our customers, to understand how their business is evolving, lays the foundations for developing new and innovative services make doing business more profitable. As we develop our relationships with our customers, we identify areas of improvement, and design tailor-made solutions to raise profitability further. For both us and for all our customers, both existing and new.

Business Development will also form an integral part of the European Management Team and will collaborate in setting and executing the commercial strategy. 

It will research, develop and manage business development opportunities throughout Europe and will also research and maintain knowledge on industry developments. It will assist in the formulation and delivery of Sales and Marketing strategies for the European market and maximise opportunities for our customers benefit.

Business Development will also be responsible for producing timely management information on activities, opportunities and confirmed business as well as responsible for delivering end-to-end service.

It is also charged with ensuring all European tenders are completed and that all information required is accurately recorded and received by the customer within the requested timeframes.
