EBREX Polska - Logistics Operator for Ford prolonged existing contract Poland to 2024

EBREX Polska has prolonged her contract to 2024 to manage activities for Polish storage of Ford spare parts in Poland. Parts Distribution Center is located in Teresin (Warsaw 3rd zone), at ProLogis Park Teresin, where EBREX Polska has leased 10 700 sqm of warehouse space.

The contract between Ford Polska and EBREX Polska includes complete logistics service from warehousing and order management to delivery and after sales service of Polish dealers, replenishment of about 16 000 parts from central warehouse of Ford in Cologne. 

Cooperation between Ford and EBREX in international transport, warehousing and distribution started in 2006. In the beginning, during most difficult initial period of spare parts deliveries to the Russian market, as transportation provider the company managed to reduce costs and delivery time.

“Agreement on the comprehensive logistics services for Ford is an important distinction and gives us motivation for further development. Our case shows that in tenders for large international corporations winning chances have also smaller operators. Difficult, dynamically changing market situation requires flexible approach in order to fulfill customer expectations while maintaining the highest standards. Gradually, we build our market position by placing trained staff and individually approaching customer’s requirements” - commented Arvid Meijer, Managing Director, EBREX Polska.

“Awarding new logistics operator is an important decision for our company and demonstrates that within logistics service contracting the possibility is given to keep independency by changing provider. In Europe, we cooperate with several dozen-transport companies, but only a few logistics operators, which are part of our common Ford and Provider Logistics family.
